Our story began in 1945, in the Strona Valley and the villages overlooking Lake Orta, where traditional craftsmanship was the norm. Bisetti combines this skilled local artisan tradition with the most modern machinery and equipment to ensure the quality standards required by today's market.

In 2018, Bisetti moved to a modern factory in Omegna, Italy, where they continue to produce their line of wooden table and kitchen items.

Bisetti's pepper mill mechanism is made of hardened steel. The double row of rotor-arranged teeth holds and guides the peppercorns for a perfect grind. The zinc coating protects the grinding system from oxidation, ensuring sharpness and wear resistance.

The salt mill mechanism is crafted from high-resistance ceramics. All metal components are stainless steel and aluminum, resistant to corrosion.

The Roma collection of salt and pepper mills is made of beech wood, with either a natural or walnut-stained finish, in a traditional style and various sizes.

The Firenze collection features beech wood with a shiny lacquered finish, offering a more contemporary look in black, red, and white, also in multiple sizes.

The Imperia collection is crafted from solid olive wood, known for its beautiful wavy texture, adding elegance to any table.

The Milano collection has a traditional rounded head and curvy mill body made of clear acrylic, available in different sizes.

The Verona collection boasts a more contemporary linear mill shape, also in clear acrylic, in various sizes.

The Perugia collection combines a rounded head with a linear body, the latter in clear acrylic, some models featuring a stainless steel base.

The Christmas Tree collection, designed by Whynot Design, features a beech wood mill body measuring 155 mm or 6 inches.

The Mushroom collection, by Itamar Harari, has a beech wood mill body with the option of a red or brown finish on the head, measuring 135 mm or 5.3 inches.

The Vase collection, designed by Adam + Harboth, is made of beech wood in multi-color, red, or black, available in 160 mm and 190 mm (6.3 and 7.5 inch) sizes.

Bisetti's products are made entirely in their Italian facility to maintain the highest quality control and "Made in Italy" standards, without outsourcing production to the Far East. They offer a 10-year warranty on the grinding mechanism and use FSC-certified wood to ensure environmental responsibility.
